هدف پیشنهاد:
هدف از این پیشنهاد، گذار از مدل «المپیک متمرکز و محدود» به مدل «المپیک فراگیر و گسترده» است. پیشنهاد میشود تعداد شرکتکنندگان در هر دوره به حداقل ۸۰,۰۰۰ ورزشکار (شامل ۴۰,۰۰۰ زن و ۴۰,۰۰۰ مرد) افزایش یابد تا عدالت ورزشی و فرصتهای شکوفایی استعدادها در سطح جهانی ارتقا یابد.

This figure covers a very small share of the world's population and indicates a severe limitation in access to the greatest sporting event of humanity.
Purpose of the proposal:
The purpose of this proposal is to transition from the "concentrated and limited Olympics" model to the "inclusive and extensive Olympics" model. It is proposed to increase the number of participants in each period to at least 80,000 athletes (including 40,000 women and 40,000 men) in order to promote sports justice and opportunities for talent to flourish globally.
