کتاب قوانین بخش آفساید صفحه103 و 104 :
A player in an offside position at the moment the ball is played or touched*
by a team-mate is only penalised on becoming involved in active play by:

- interfering with an opponent by:

• making an obvious action which clearly impacts on the ability of an opponent to play the ball
مورد آخر اینجا اتفاق افتاده. مثل همون گلی که اورتون سال 2020 به منچستر زد و چون سیگوردسون پاشو از مسیر توپ جمع کرد آفساید گرفته شد.
(هرچند اگه هم آفساید گرفته نمیشد بازم سیتی راحت بازیو میبرد)
