دیوید جون گیلمور (به انگلیسی: David Jon Gilmour) (زاده ۶ مارس ۱۹۴۶) موسیقیدان، خواننده، ترانهنویس و نوازنده انگلیسی است. او بیشتر به دلیل حضورش به عنوان گیتاریست و خواننده در گروه پراگرسیو راک پینک فلوید شناخته میشود. تا سال ۲۰۱۲ برآورد میشود که این گروه موسیقی بیش از ۲۵۰ میلیون نسخه از آثارش را در سراسر جهان به فروش رسانده باشد که از این مقدار ۷۴٬۵ نسخه تنها در ایالات متحده به فروش رسیدهاند. گیلمور علاوه بر حضورش در پینک فلوید، به صورت تکنفره نیز کارنامه موفقی از آثارش به جای گذاشتهاست. او همچنین به صورت فعالانه در برنامههای خیرخواهانه شرکت داشتهاست. در سال ۲۰۰۵، گیلمور به دلیل خدماتش به موسیقی، به درجهٔ عالیترین رتبهٔ امپراتوری بریتانیا دست یافت. در سال ۲۰۱۱، مجله معتبر رولینگ استون، او را در رتبهٔ ۱۴ برترین گیتاریستهای تمام دورانها قرار داد.
