یک گروه موسیقی هلندی است که در آوریل 1996 توسط خواننده شارون دن ادل و گیتاریست گروه رابرت وستر هولت تاسیس شد. منتقدان بیشتر اون ها رو یک گروه دوم متال و سمفونیک متال طبقه بندی میکنن با این وجود آلبوم های آنها حاوی تاثیراتی از سایر ژانر ها نیز میشوند اما آلبوم اول اون ها (Enter)بیشتر گوتیک متال بود و همینطور میشد اشاراتی از دوم متال رو نیز در اون دید در یکی از مصاحبه ها دن ادل اظهار داشته که "ما خودمون رو بیشتر یک گروه موسیقی پاپ متال/راک سمفونیک اتمسفری می دانیم به نظر من ما یک گروه گوتیک نیستیم ولی عناصر گوتیک را داریم "
